Mission Statement

Notaries public exercise a public office. In doing so, they act as modern service providers in legal matters and make sure that their clients are given fast and competent advice.

Notaries public are appointed by the Federal Minister of Justice. Their appointment is thus a public mandate:
acting in an unbiased and impartial manner, they are to resolve legal issues by finding the best possible solution for all parties involved.

In doing so, notaries public are sworn to absolute secrecy. It is, therefore, not without good reason that the notarial deed is considered to be the instrument that provides the highest degree of legal security.
